Imagine no more! Join us for a restorative weekend in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. You are invited to participate in an inclusive two-day retreat to deepen your connection to your aspirations, wisdom and purpose through powerful art and nature-based experiences.
A multi-generational women’s retreat for a maximum of 10 participants offers intentional time for exploration, engagement, and meaningful connection. With experiences grounded in art and nature, retreat participants will explore creative tools and nature-based practices designed to deepen self-awareness and expand creative potential.
This is an invitation to slow down and take a break from your busy life, to leave stressors behind, and engage in the present moment where you can find comfort, strength, and new possibilities.
Mountain Light Retreat is a sacred sanctuary located in Crozet, Virginia, approximately 2.5 hours southwest of Washington DC and 30 minutes northwest of Charlottesville. Experience a 5.5-acre campus with historic buildings, a labyrinth, mountain views, and comfortable lodgings.
Purpose-centered women seeking a thoughtfully structured opportunity for deep reflection and connection with self and others. Those open to finding inspiration, fulfillment, friendship, and fun with the support of two extraordinary and experienced leaders: Beth Tuttle, certified E-Co Leadership and mindset mastery coach, and Tally Tripp, a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified art therapist.
We will come together in deep conversations, visualization exercises and art and nature-filled experiences to uncover your deep capacity to bring more inspiration and creativity into your life and work.
October 27: 3:00 to 8:30 pm – Arrive by 3 pm before the country road gets dark. Meet participants, explore Mountain Light, opening circle and fire ceremony
October 28: 8:00 am to 8:30 pm – Morning and afternoon retreat sessions, free time, sound bath experience
October 29: 8:00 am to 11am – Retreat session and closing circle
Each day will begin with an optional yoga, guided meditation, or reflective practice at 7 am followed by breakfast.

$850 regular registration through September 30, 2023
Registration includes all sessions, materials, two nights lodging, and five meals. Accommodations are single (supplement +$75, limited number available) or double occupancy with shared bathrooms. Travel not included, although carpooling from DC metro area is encouraged.
Mountain Light is a historic property and requires the ability to walk on uneven terrain and climb stairs to meeting and bed rooms.
This experience is limited to 10 participants. In the event minimum number of registrants is not met, organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel.
